Greg had so
many talents; a brew master, chess master, extreme skier, distinguished expert
with a rifle, excellent golfer and on
and on. He was able to play chess with a minimum of 10 people at once
( (blindfolded)
and he always won!

Greg's benefit - October 2000
This was awesome, everyone from Delmont St.
attended, lots and lots of friends. Greg had a great time and talked about
this for a long time. I threw a number into a box guessing the size of a
pumpkin at a local garden shop. A week later I won the darn thing and had
no clue what to do with a 252 pound pumpkin. It ended up going into a
raffle at Greg's benefit; Dave + Sandie won it!

In Loving Memory of Greg
Kelley
by Shane Jones
To obtain happiness and
well being was his lifetime goal,
Greg Kelley had a kind
and generous soul,
a loving spirit that
continually grew, who touched the hearts of all he knew.
He had a carefree style
and a bright warming smile
that never made you feel
out of place.
He said what he felt
without restraint and told you right to your face.
He welcomed all and
anyone into his heart,
you knew he was genuine
and real from the start.
He would offer his help
and advise anytime and from this you would learn,
that he would expect
nothing but thanks in return.
He was a giving soul and
he gave his best,
for this was his way, his
lifelong quest.
Greg always seemed to
brighten the way, even on a gloomy day.
He was a sunshine's ray
that could turn skies blue from gray.
Greg was a man of great
stature and strength,
always willing to put
himself out at any length.
Though God has taken him
to his wonderful place,
to do God's tidings and
live in God's grace.
Greg will always remain
in our hearts this is true,
the good times and
memories and his great love too.
So try not to stay down,
cause if Greg were here
He's say, "Lift all
your glasses and drink more beer."
Greg's Memorial Service ~
January 12, 2002
Greg had some great friends out
in Colorado and one of his friends, Erik and Debbie shared their house after the
service for lunch. Lori Bagley, a friend in Florida, sent bunches of
balloons which we let go at dusk.

Charles, Doug, Rick and Tike had
pre-planned a trip to Colorado to ski with Greg. Unfortunately, Greg died
15 days before they were scheduled to come out. I gave Charles some ashes
and they spread them on the slopes of Breckenridge and Garden of the Gods.
